Area Manager, F&B

Responsibilities

• Participate in the pre-operational design of F&B standards, policies & procedures
• Participate in the short term and long term strategy growth and development plans for the F&B department
• Manage and supervise employees for both front and back of house operations of multiple F&B venues and food carts within the Theme Park
• Represent the F&B department to work closely with other departments to achieve overall business, financial and operational goals of the Theme Park

Requirements

• Diploma in Culinary Skills, Food Services or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years' F&B management experience in hospitality industry and supervision of large staff
• Candidates without the required educational qualifications but with several years of experience in the hospitality/food services industry will be considered
• Prior experience in hotel, large volume food service operations and knowledge of point-of-sales & inventory systems will be advantageous
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
