Senior Manager (Project Procurement)

Responsibilities

This position will be based in China. You will manage the procurement of building materials for a large-scale integrated construction project. You will take charge of the acquiring of building materials in an optimal quality-cost ratio, aligned with professional ethics and best business practices. You will lead and drive the buying and distributing of building materials, equipment, machinery, and supplies. You must be capable of applying diversified knowledge of building materials management principles and practices and independently making decisions on significant procurement-related issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years experience procuring building materials in Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand or China for large entities in the property developer or hospitality industries.
• Excellent negotiation skills and impeccable integrity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese language.
• Astute, savvy self-starter with high levels of motivation and commitment.
