Senior Manager / Manager, Human Resources – Compensation & Benefits

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement C & B policies and programmes to meet resourcing needs across all business lines.
  • Conduct job evaluations, market surveys and perform benchmarking analysis to ensure competitiveness of our C & B levels whilst balancing business needs.
  • Keep abreast of various development and interpret implications of the legislation that may affect the company.
  • Work with Shared Services on the following:
    • Develop processes and administrative guidelines to ensure that C & B operations are administered with optimal efficiency and accuracy.
    • Ensure optimal leverage on the HRIS (Peoplesoft) through employee and manager self-service in key operations which include benefits utilisation/approval and annual salary review.
    • Involve in the setup and implementation of the HRIS (Peoplesoft) for the C & B modules together with IT Department.

Requirements

  • Recognised degree in any field, preferably in Human Resource Management.
  • Minimum 5 years HR experience, including at least 3 years of C&B specialization.
  • Highly motivated self-starter and versatile team player.
  • Strong conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills with good business sense
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels
