Staff Facilities Manager

Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement and manage staff facilities within an integrated resort
  • Establish and drive systems & policies for staff facilities, which include locker & wardrobe systems, lodging & cafeteria
  • Engage in other HR functions, such as staff events, staff amenities, perks and privileges

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Facility Management, Hospitality Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience, preferably with experience in planning & implementation
  • Strong analytical & strategic mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter, good leader and team-player
