Staff Facilities Manager
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement and manage staff facilities within an integrated resort
- Establish and drive systems & policies for staff facilities, which include locker & wardrobe systems, lodging & cafeteria
- Engage in other HR functions, such as staff events, staff amenities, perks and privileges
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Facility Management, Hospitality Management or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience, preferably with experience in planning & implementation
- Strong analytical & strategic mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-starter, good leader and team-player
