Contract Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage project QS in the tender process; contract administration and management of variation orders, cost evaluation and providing advice on budgetary, expenditure and general costing
• Set up, manage and monitor compliance to internal cost control systems
• Advise on budgetary, expenditure and general costing
• Advise and manage contractual issues with contractors

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines with MRICS or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years' experience in cost and contract management
• Proficiency in general costing and contract administration skills
• Familiar with SIA, PSSCC standard forms of contracts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, well-organised and self-motivated
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
