Manager, Finance (F & B / Retail)

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement financial policies and procedures for the resort's F&B and retail outlets
• Design and develop the general accounting and reporting system in compliance with the management and the regulatory requirements
• Conduct financial studies and analysis to aid financial planning in compliance with corporate forecasts and financial plans
• Set robust internal control policies and procedures for all F&B and retail outlets within the resort
• Participate in the development and implementation of the resort's F&B and retail outlets' operational ERP system
• Undertake special assignments or projects when assigned

Requirements

• Degree with CPA/CA professional qualification
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience, preferably with F&B/retail industry experience and in cost control system and menu recipe costing
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with good business acumen
