Manager, Entry Operations

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily function of Entry Operations and also serve as Duty Manager
• Participate in pre-operational design and provide operational input to ensure that the prescribed Arrival Operations program is delivered
• Develop and implement Arrival Operations procedures which includes guest parking & toll plaza, guest ticketing, group sales & fulfillment, ticket redemption & processing, and, guest services
• Responsible for development, application and oversight of Arrival operational, procedural and safety compliance
• Develop and manage operational, manpower budgets and recommend improvements to overall efficiency of Arrival Operations

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Hospitality Management or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years' management experience in Arrival Operations and supervision of large staff
• Familiar with cash handling and cash control strategies
• Prior experience in theme park opening will be advantageous
