Manager, Attractions Operations
Responsibilities
- Participate in the pre-construction design and provide operational input to Attractions project teams
- Develop and implement attraction operating procedures and training programs
- Build a team through leadership, coaching and mentoring of the Attractions operations staff
- Responsible for development, application and oversight of Attractions operational, procedural and safety compliance
- Develop and manage operational, manpower and special event budgets and recommend improvements to overall efficiency of Attractions Operations
- Manage the daily function of Attractions operations and also serve as Duty Manager
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Hospitality Management or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years management experience in Attractions Operations
- Prior experience in theme park opening will be advantageous
