Head, Park Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in managing the overall park operations – attractions, entry operations, guest services, park services/custodial, special events and wardrobe.
• Develop and direct park operations strategy to ensure overall guest and employee satisfaction.
• Participate in pre-construction design and post-construction assessments for improvements to park facilities.
• Oversee programs to ensure operational, procedural & regulatory compliance in park operations.
• Develop operating and manpower budgets for operational efficiency and satisfaction of guests and employees.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Hospitality Management or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years management experience in hospitality operations and supervision of large staff
• Prior experience in theme park opening will be advantageous
• Proven track record in various resort or park operations positions with varying and growing accountability
• Possess strong business acumen with high level of motivation and integrity
• An inspiring leader who builds successful cohesive teams
