Head, Merchandise

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in managing the overall park merchandising function – product development, licensing, category management, procurement, store planning, visual merchandising and retail operation
• Develop and direct all aspects of procurement and merchandising strategies to maximize business performance and profitability and customer satisfaction
• Develop operating and manpower budgets for optimal sales and satisfaction of guests and employees

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 7 years of management experience in retail, especially in specialty or entertainment retail
• Prior experience in theme park opening will be advantageous
