Assistant Head, Technical Services
Responsibilities
- Assist the Head, Technical Services n managing the maintenance and engineering of all facilities
- Provide technical oversight on all facilities in USS to ensure safety, reliability and show quality
- Provide and implement operational plans for optimal utilization and development of team members
- Develop annual operation budget and proactively manage the controllable costs to achieve the business objective
- Maintain strong relationship with internal and external partners such as operations, outsource contractors and government authorities
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Structural, Architectural, Building Services or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years management experience in facility maintenance
- Prior experience in facilities asset planning will be advantageous
- Possess strong technical aptitude
- Ability to be an inspiring leader who builds successful cohesive teams
