Assistant Head, Park Operations

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head, Park Operations in managing overall park operations - attractions, entry operations, guest services, park/custodial, special events and wardrobe
• Establish and implement systems and procedures for efficient management of daily operation and events management
• Participate in pre-construction design and post-construction assessments for improvements to park facilities
• Provide and implement operational plans for optimal utilization and development of team members
• Develop operating and manpower budgets for operational efficiency and satisfaction of guests and employees

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Hospitality Management or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years management experience in hospitality operations and supervision of large staff
• Prior experience in theme park opening will be advantageous
• Proven track record in various resort or park operations positions with varying and growing accountability
• Possess strong business acumen with high level of motivation and integrity
• An inspiring leader who builds successful cohesive teams
