Republic Polytechnic’s Open House

 

5-7 January 2023 - The S.E.A. Aquarium's Conservation and Research team was invited to set up a booth at Republic Polytechnic's Open house together with the Diploma of Environmental and Marine Science (DEMS). At the booth, the team shared about the various internship and attachment opportunities that students can experience in the diploma, as well as the variety of volunteer platforms that students and alumni can participate in such as the docent programme, cleanups, and citizen science programme.

 

A Kreisel tank featuring the Golden Spotted Sea Jelly, Mastigias papua, was also featured to showcase the great work our aquarists do in the aquarium and the various breeding programmes happening in S.E.A. Aquarium.
