There will be 18 dishes on the Claypot Menu to choose from, including Tiger Prawn with Glass Vermicelli and Lemongrass, Braised Oxtail with Carrot and Chinese Herbs, as well as Braised Chicken and Pork Liver in Chinese Wine, just to name a few.
