||Who can join Genting Rewards Membership?
Genting Rewards Membership is open to applicants aged 21 years old and above.
||How do I apply for membership?
New applicants can apply on-site at any of our Membership Counters within the casino in Resorts World Sentosa (RWS).
Applicants are required to present their – original passport or employment pass (foreigner only), National Registration Identity Card (NRIC), or SAF11B at our Membership Counters to collect their Membership Card.
||Am I required to pay membership fees for membership application?
No. Membership is free. New members will be issued a Genting Rewards Classic Membership Card.
||Is the Membership Card transferable?
No, each Membership Card is exclusive to the individual.
||I am an existing Resorts World Genting / Manila / Star Cruises member. Do I need to apply for a new Membership Card?
If you are an existing Genting Rewards member of any Genting properties, you may be eligible for a corresponding Membership tier at RWS. Please visit any of our Membership Counters with your existing card for more information.
||Where are your counters located?
Our Membership Counters are open 24 hours and are located inside the casino.
Please bring along your identification documents for verification purposes.
||Do I need to pay to enter the casino if I am a Genting Rewards Member?
Entry levy is applicable to all Singaporeans and Permanent Residents. There are options of a Day Levy of S$100 for 24 hour or an Annual Levy of S$2,000. Entry into the casino is age restricted to 21 years and above.
||If I did not bring my Membership Card, am I still entitled for Membership benefits and privileges?
All members are required to present their Genting Rewards Membership Card for any entitlement of membership benefits and privileges.
||Is there an expiry date for my membership?
There is no membership expiry once you join our Genting Rewards Membership. Membership tier status is automatically reviewed based on Genting Points (GP) earned in a 12-month period.
||What will happen if I lost my card?
A replacement of card can be processed at any Membership Counters and at the Ticket & Membership Hub. Administration charges apply.

||How can I check my GP and GD?
You may check your GP and GD balance at all RWS Membership Counters including Ticket & Membership Hub, Membership Self-Service Kiosks, all RWS participating merchants, and RWS hotels.
